Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pawpresso, an iOS app that surfaces photos of your pet from your photo library as surprise notifications on a schedule you choose. By using Pawpresso, you agree to these terms.

The service

Pawpresso is currently offered free of charge and is in active development, including beta testing through TestFlight. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves.

Your content

Your photos are yours. Pawpresso processes your photos entirely on your device and claims no ownership, license, or rights of any kind over them. We never receive them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure — accounts are created through Sign in with Apple only. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@pawpresso.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Pawpresso, including attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Beta software disclaimer

Pawpresso is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As beta software, it may contain bugs, and features may not work as expected. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered at any particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpresso and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Because Pawpresso never uploads your photos, we cannot access, restore, or recover your photo library — your photos remain solely under your control through iOS.

Changes and discontinuation

We may modify or discontinue Pawpresso, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these terms; if changes are material, we will update the effective date above and note the change in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Pawpresso for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
